After the mega hit "So weit wie noch nie" the world had to wait years for new music of JÜRGEN PAAPE. In 2006 he suddenly comes up with the smash hit "Take That" on the KOMPAKT compilation Total 7 and again totally hits the mark. Now it seems like there are no more limits and after years of undersupply JÜRGEN PAAPE comes up with a whole series. After "Take this" on Speicher 45 and his solo single Speicher 47, now comes his first KOMPAKT single since 2002. Over the years, many things happened in the sound cosmos of JÜRGEN PAAPE. On NORD NORD-WEST he reinvents his musical point of the compass. Let´s go North with a very slimmed, straight forward marching glitter-track. New in sound, original in the mix, unmistakeable Paape in the groove. A2 on the other hand is very complex and full of details. A striking hookline meets 80ies sounds that you haven´t heard this way yet. The B-side is the opera of this single. A bizarrely bent and varied selection of melodies and sounds is shifting over tightly woven, elegant harmony-carpets that should burden ones nerves untill the edges. You can be curious about it.
